The total sales of co-op and condo sales in October were $24.7 million and the co-op sales in October were $4.59 million. The single family homes that were sold had a $6.95 million increase in October 2012. The sales in the last 4 months for the single-family homes were almost the same for the sales in the whole year of 2011.
