According to condo Vultures which is a brokerage and consultancy firm, newly proposed towers will be constructed on Miami Beach. The condo towers will include the Deauville Hotel Beach Resort and the Residences. A total of 440 units will be constructed when the construction of the towers will be finished. The units that are proposed to be constructed in the tri-county area are 13,315 units since the downturn of the real estate market. There are 88 towers proposed to be constructed in total.
