The office complex of the Herald Plaza has been sold for $9 million according to CBRE. The buyer is Grover & Corlew. CBRE marketed the asset sale and was the one who made the negotiations on behalf of the Herald Plaza. The location of the property is on a acre site at 2000-2010 NW 150th Avenue. It is the home of the Miami Herald’s Broward County bureau on I-75.CBRE’s Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, Marty Busekrus and Miguel Alcivar.
