A-Rod sees $15M profit from Miami Beach home

This has set sales record for a home on the North Bay Road for netting $15 million profit. Rodriguez bought this property in May 2010 for $7.4 million. The property is located in 4358 North Bay Road and had renovations for a total of $7.6 million.

The house has 2-stories, 9 bedrooms, 11 ½ bathrooms, an indoor batting cage across 19,861 square feet, a 4-car garage, 16-camera security system, and a Zen garden. Rodriguez’s representative is One Sotheby’s International Realty.

The house was listed in August for $38 million. It was sold to a celebrity who lives in Palm Beach.
