During January 2013, a 47-unit oceanfront condominium project finally made it’s ground breaking.
This is the Feana House in the Miami beach launched by Mr. Alan Faena. This infrastructure is hoped to be the international link for relaxation, leisure and cultural activities.
Fully-furnished residences with one to five bedroom units with all the appliances, furniture and designs by Feana’s selected architects. Each house has living terraces called “alero” in Argentina. They also offer three full-floor penthouses, having their own outdoor pools and private interior elevators each.
They will start the building at 1,307 sq. ft. until 4,307 sq. ft. and will also have a modified design and engineered floor-to-ceiling window wall system per unit, aside from the terraces already mentioned above.
