King’s terrace, a project rental housing that will accommodate an estimate of 1,200 residents in Northwest Miami-Dade. This 15-building, very affordable housing project, for almost $53 million worth was built by the county and Pinnacle Housing Group.
The US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program gave The County $17 million, which was contributed to the project.
Cost of rent is between $558 to $1,031 fro a one-bedroom apartment to a four-bedroom facility.
Each of these housed includes kitchens with energy-saving appliances, ceramic tile flooring, vertical blinds and ceiling fans, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
