The Sunshine Motel located at the MiMo neighborhood if Miami has recently been sold for $3.5million. The representatives of the seller were Lyle Chariff of the Chariff Realty Group and Mauricio Zapata. The 8,000 square-foot property at 7350 Biscayne Boulevard was sold for an average of $437 per square foot. This was an unlisted transaction and the buyer was Cool Hand Investments. They are planning to make the site the headquarters of the 50 Eggs Restaurant Group. 5 Eggs owns and operates restaurants in Miami including the Yardbird in Miami Beach.
