Blanca Commercial Real Estate has recently been tapped to lease the space at 407 Lincoln Road. They will be leasing and marketing the 123,000 square foot tower. The leasing percentage of the tower is currently at 78%. The sales of the properties in Lincoln Road reached $100 million this year as rents rose and new tenants helped increase the sales. A 3-building portfolio has been bought by Terranova in Lincoln recently for $132 million.
