3 office buildings in Davie are purchased by a financial solutions firm. The firm is Bankers Health Group purchased the buildings for $3.5 million which was 46% off the foreclosed mortgage. The 39,298 square foot space has been vacant after it has been finished in 2008. This space which is near Diamond III Office Park was foreclosed by EverBank last year for $6.5 million mortgage by the then Bank of Florida.
Bankers Health Group is known to provide financial services to health care professionals. They are planning to lease out the buildings or sell some off some of the space. 40 staff of the Bankers Health Group will be moving at 10230 West State Road 84.
