A $5.7 million shopping center is to be built in Doral by Echion USA and Gadinsky Real Estate. The 11,000 square foot establishment is planned to open it by 2014. Location would be at the northwestern corner of Doral Boulevard and NW 114 Avenue. Starbucks and Mercantil Commerce bank already signed for 1,750 and 4,000 sq. ft. of lease space respectively.
