Riva Bay Harbor, a 25-unit project located at 9400 West Bay Harbor Drive, will be the latest waterfront development in Bay Harbor Islands that will premier next month. The condo will present a fitness center, a roof-top pool, and interiors designed by Sam Robin.
The building will vary from three to four bedroom units that will go somewhere 2,300 to 3,400 sq. ft. Two additional penthouse units highlight its direct pool access and private outdoor space.
