A class A complex with Cypress Park West I and II, situated between 6700 and 6750 North Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, has settled three contracts totaling 47,300 sq. ft. The contract comprises the expansion of Southern Auto Finance Company, renewal of current tenants Claim Verification, and the addition of Regus Business Center to the property.
Southern Auto Finance Company increased its lease by a total of 1085.75 sq. m. of space. Claims Verifications, renewed its 744.89 sq. m. property and Regus signed a contract for 2562.73 sq. m. of office space to accommodating small- and mid-size ventures in the vicinity.
Cypress Park West’s nonstop efforts on property developments were vital in most of the tenants’ decision to occupy spaces in the property.
