Condominium board’s rules are to blame according to Helen Bygel’s attorney.

This accident happened two years ago when Helen hit a nine year old boy while she exited her garage at West Palm Beach villas. Her attorneys say that there is a multiple hedges that were too high and hid the boy from her sight and the location of a stop sign caused the fatal crash and Bygel’s error. She just followed the rules.
