Payson Park horse racing facility slashes ask to $9M

Payson ParkPayson Park has brought down its selling price from $12 million to only $8.95 million since it has not been sold ever since 1980. It is a 405-acre commercial equestrian possession in Indiantown consisting of 21 barns, 499 stalls and its famous one-mile championship track. This property also includes dormitories for a total of 62 rooms, 76 paddocks, a veterinarian facility, a café with a commercial grade kitchen, an observation lounge, a lighted soccer field, and miles of riding trails.

Payson Park’s dirt training track was concluded to be the most reliable and most consistent track in the country according to a study in Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Some horses owned by the Queen of England were even trained at Payson Park, and she mostly asks for the current standing of the horse racing facility.
