The first home of Ivana Trump in Palm Beach located at 190 Via Palma has sold for $3.6 million, sold by Robert and Miranda Donnelley, who had paid $3.975 million for the home in 2009. Ivana Trump bought the asset for $1.85 million in 1999. Sale was manage by Harriet Brahms and Chris Cox of Douglas Elliman.
