Eddie Irvine formula 1 driver who raced four years for Ferrari has sold his home on the Venetian Islands located at 410 West San Marino Drive. It includes five-bedrooms, a 5.5-bathroom designed by architect Luis Bosch. It was sold for $7 million to an undisclosed local developer. Irvine bought the home in June 2010 for $1.95 million and has a market price of $1.83 million. It was Listed by Julian Johnson of Sterling Realty. Dora Puig of Puig Werner Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
