Terranova, Acadia affiliates pay $132 million for Lincoln Road portfolio in largest retail deal of 2012

Terranova and Acadia Realty Trust made the largest retail acquisition in Florida for 2012. They paid $139 million on three buildings on Miami Beach Lincoln Road are previously owned by South Beach Tristar Capital.. The tree buildings are located in 801,826, and 719 Lincoln Road. These buildings are now being leased by Fossil, Dylan’s Candy Bar and Kiehl’s.

 

This is the second 3-building portfolio purchased by Terranova and Acadia this year.
