A 45,973-square-foot Winn-Dixie in Riviera Beach has sold for $7.39 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the deal on behalf of the seller, a Miami Beach-based limited liability company. The property, which is located at 3700 Broadway in Riviera Beach, was purchased by a Miami-based limited liability company. Douglas Mandel and Howard Bregman of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office represented the seller. Gabriel Britti, a senior associate with Marcus & Millichap in Miami, secured and represented the buyer. Winn-Dixie is occupying the property under a 20-year lease that expires July 13, 2024. It has six additional five-year options to extend.
