Tampa’s 1.27-acre site and two Harbour Place office building has been obtained by Urdang, BNY Mellon’s Manager. The site was acquired from Lindell-Harbour, LLC and the office building from Amstar/CNL Two Harbor, LLC. Located on Tampa’s planned Harbour island development, 90% of the 180,000 sq. ft. office building is leased and includes a six-level car park and seven stories of office space. They plan to make the 1.27 acre site as a residential multi-family development, and the excess parking garage at the Harbour Place available to future residential tenants.
