The ModComp Facility, located at Fort Lauderdale has been sold for $1.9 million. It is a 76,000 sq. ft. (3.76-acre) industrial building averages about $25.30 per sq. ft. The level and structure of the building had been very unstable so the buyer would need to make a lot of renovations and other upgrades.
